Strange Victorian Staffordshire Spill Holder - A Milkmaid and Goat.

Very odd use of scale - with the goat being twice the size of the lady!

I think that there has been a little old restoration to the tips of the goat’s horns and to the top of the spill vase rim section. But this has been done in the distant past and seems very stable:
