How to order: Please
send us an e-mail message with the name and a short description of the object that you are interested in, along with your
name, address and post code. We will then get back to you with the total cost of your order (including shipping and if required
insurance) to your location. If
you are interested in an item we can place it on reserve for you. Please feel free to ask us for more information on any item
on our site and also for a full condition report of any item you may be thinking of buying. Extra photographs can also be
sent to you on request. You can either fill in the form below or simply send us a general e-mail to

We understand that people change their minds. As a courtesy to us and other
customers who may wish to order the same item, please let us know if you subsequently decide against ordering any order that
you may have placed on reserve.

CONDITION:
Most of the products that we offer for sale are vintage items: these
are offered in good condition, but some possibly show some minor signs of age or light wear. Please feel free to get in contact
with us for a full condition report of the item you are interested in and request more detailed photographs. Damaged goods
are not offered for sale unless they are very rare.
PURCHASING:
We are
currently not set up to take payments by credit card or debit cards - but are able to take payments via Paypal - which is
fast, free (for buyers) and secure. You can e-mail us to discuss any payment options.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque (made out to ICONIC) and your items will be put on reserve for 7 days pending
receipt of payment, just as soon as we receive your confirming order. Payment should be received within that time, otherwise
the items will be available for sale and your order will be considered void. Of course if payment is from overseas, this can
be extended.

SHIPPING:
All costs of delivery (and any special insurance options) will be made at actual cost price to you as quoted by
the Royal Mail. We have not added posting costs to our listings as it is not always possible to quote precise shipping costs
before knowing where any item is to be posted to.
RETURNS:
We do not send
items generally on "approval" - please be sure that you really want an item before ordering it. We are delighted
to answer any questions and give full condition reports etc on any item you are interested in. If you do have any problems
with your purchased item, please let us know via e-mail as soon as possible - preferrably within 3 days of its arrival and
we shall sort things out for you.
We only seek to have happy customers and any
questions that you may have we shall do our best to answer fully to your satisfaction.
